SAPL Property & Project is the trading name of Shivay Aus Pty Ltd, a property and project management company based in Preston, Victoria, established in 2016.
Who we are
We help property owners, developers, managers and public authorities deliver projects and keep their sites safe, compliant and well presented. Our work covers four areas: facility management, project management, construction management and general contracting.
Every engagement starts with understanding the site and what you need from it. We then plan the work, put the right people and contractors in place, and report back clearly at each stage. Whether it is a building project or an ongoing maintenance program, you deal with one team that takes responsibility for the result.
