Safety & Compliance

Safety is the standard we work to on every site.

SAPL operates under strict safety guidelines and compliance procedures. Every job is planned, briefed, delivered and recorded so that our crews, your people and the public are protected, and your obligations are met.

Our safety framework

A structured approach, applied to every job

The same five stages apply whether we are mowing a reserve, removing graffiti or managing a construction project.

  1. 01 Assess Site inspection to identify hazards, public interaction and environmental risks.
  2. 02 Plan Safe work methods, controls, equipment and people set for the task.
  3. 03 Brief Pre-start briefing so every crew member knows the risks and controls.
  4. 04 Deliver Work carried out to plan, with supervision and ongoing checks on site.
  5. 05 Review Work recorded and reported, with lessons fed back into the next job.
Our commitment Safety and Compliance Statement

“No job is so urgent that it cannot be done safely. We plan every task around its risks, give our people the training and equipment to do it well, and meet the compliance requirements of every client and site we work on.”

Public safety

Working safely where the public is present

Much of our work happens in parks, roadsides, campuses and occupied buildings. Exclusion zones, signage and traffic controls keep residents, staff and visitors safe while we work.
